Our factory is located in Guangzhou, China — the heart of the global cosmetics manufacturing industry. The facility spans over 20,000 square meters with modern infrastructure specifically designed for cleanser production. Strategically positioned near Guangzhou Port and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, we offer efficient logistics for global shipping with typical sea freight reaching major ports in 15–30 days.
Our facility holds ISO 22716 GMP certification, GMPC certification, is FDA registered for the US market, fully compliant with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, and is Halal certified for Middle East & ASEAN markets. Quality is independently verified through regular third-party audits and our in-house microbiology and stability testing laboratory.
Absolutely. We welcome both in-person factory visits and virtual tours via video call. Visiting clients can tour our R&D laboratory, production lines, quality control stations, and warehousing facilities. A virtual tour can typically be arranged within 3–5 business days, while on-site visits require about 1–2 weeks' notice for proper scheduling and visa invitation letters if needed.
Our 8 fully automated production lines deliver a combined capacity of over 5 million units per month. Each line is specialized by formulation type — foam, gel, cream, oil, powder, and balm cleansers — with dedicated precision dosing, emulsification, filling, and packaging equipment.
Quality control is embedded at every stage. Raw materials undergo identity, purity, and microbial testing before entering the Class 100K cleanroom. During production, we perform real-time pH monitoring, viscosity checks, and visual inspection. Finished products pass through stability testing, microbial challenge tests, and packaging integrity checks before release. Every batch is traceable via our ERP system.
Our on-site R&D team includes 20+ cosmetic chemists and formulation scientists, many with advanced degrees and 10+ years of industry experience. The laboratory is equipped with HPLC, spectrophotometers, skin analyzers, and stability chambers. We maintain a raw material library of over 3,000 ingredients to support rapid formulation prototyping.
